We offer a 7-day 100% refund on eligible products purchased from https://www.psorifix.in under the following conditions:

  • The product must be purchased directly from our official website.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

C. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • If a product return is required, our courier partner will arrange pickup within 2-3 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of cost.

  • Please report the defect/damage on the day of delivery.

  • A replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days.
